By using the A Call For You website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. A Call For You provides personalized motivational calls, emotional check-ins, birthday messages, and optional prank calls strictly for entertainment and general encouragement; our services are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional care. You must be 18 or older to use our services and must provide accurate information, including correct time zone selection. All sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance unless same-day availability is offered. You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund; cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable. Missed calls, late answers, declined calls, or unanswered calls after two attempts are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds. Package refunds apply only to unused sessions, and completed sessions are charged at the standard per-session rate. You agree not to misuse our service, submit illegal, abusive, or harmful content, or harass staff in any form. You also agree not to record calls without lawful consent. For prank calls, you acknowledge full responsibility for all outcomes, and we are not liable for reactions, misunderstandings, disputes, or consequences that result. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were delivered according to these terms. All information shared with us remains confidential except when disclosure is legally required. A Call For You is not liable for emotional reactions, personal decisions, missed calls caused by user errors or network issues, or any indirect or consequential damages. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
