Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At A Call For You, we strive to provide a reliable and personalized experience, and because each session involves reserving dedicated time to deliver a custom motivational call, all refunds follow strict guidelines. You may receive a full refund only if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled call time; any cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable. Missed calls, declined calls, unanswered calls after two attempts, late answers that cannot be extended, incorrect time zone selection, phone issues, disconnected service, or devices turned off are all treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds. For weekly, monthly, or yearly packages, refunds apply only to unused sessions, and any completed calls are charged at the standard per-session rate; once the first call in a package is completed, only the remaining unused sessions may be refunded. Prank calls are non-refundable under any circumstances, and the client assumes full responsibility for all outcomes or reactions. By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered under these terms. We are not responsible for carrier issues, weak signals, blocked calls, Do Not Disturb settings, or any contact information entered incorrectly by the client, and these situations do not qualify for refunds. If you qualify for a refund, you may request one by contacting us at acallforyoubylizette@gmail.com, including your name, booking details, and reason for the request; approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
